Leaver's Concert 2008

The Choir's annual Leaver's Concert was held at the House on Saturday 12 July 2008.  The audience enjoyed an evening of music, comprising songs from their recent success at Choir of the Year competiton and some old favourites everyone always seems to enjoy.

We said goodbye to:

Isabelle DeMaude sung with the choir for 2 years
Elaine Slator sung with the choir for 2 years
Leanne Blackburn sung with the choir for 10 years
Alex Hipkin sung with the choir for 10 years
Emma Hipkin sung with the choir for 11 years
Hannah Doherty sung with the choir for 14 years
also Ellie Lawrence who was unable to be at this concert

although Isabelle, Leanne and Hannah plan to return from their University placements to support the choir in their bid to win BBC3 Radio Choir of the Year 2008.

We also said goodbye and thank you to Clare Neal, conductor of the Training Choir.
